Hutton IT Conditions of Trade

Basic site costs are subject to the following conditions:-

1. Pages refer to pages that if printed are no larger than A4 in size.
2. No editing of photos is undertaken other than web optimizing.
3. A maximum of 3 images on each page.
4. No image creation for buttons is undertaken. (If buttons are required they will be from an existing library).
5. No image rollovers will be created.
6. If additional work is needed that work is charged at an hourly rate.
7. 'No Frames' alternatives are not undertaken if frames are used.
8. Passwords and FTP sites will be retained by Hutton IT.
9. All sites constructed by Hutton IT must carry HTML comment in the code to that effect.
10. All sites constructed by Hutton IT must carry a link back to hit.uk.net and our company logo on the index page. 
11. Unless otherwise stated it is assumed that copyright of the code remains with Hutton IT.
12. Only two alterations will be made free of charge after a site is constructed unless an error solely attributed to Hutton IT.
13. Payment is to be made within 30 days of the final Product being approved.
14. If payment is not received within 30 days the customer agrees to the site beeing taken down from the web and interest charged at the rate of 2% per month on outstanding balance.

• All work is based on the assumption that the work involves CMS websites or HTML and CSS coding only.
• Hutton IT do not undertake the content of any site.
• Work is to be submitted in a word processed format in a design the client wishes the site to appear.
• All additional work not included in these conditions is charged at the published rates or by prior arrangement negotiated with Hutton IT.

Note conditions are subject to change and no responsibility is accepted for third party suppliers beyond control of Hutton IT.
